The Leadership Clicks Assessment

One of the most important aspects of your leadership development is knowing where you stand.  What are your strengths?  What are your areas for improvement?  If you are going to take e-learning courses or live training classes which topics do you need to learn more about?  The Leadership Clicks Assessment is a comprehensive knowledge assessment that measures knowledge in 12 specific core competencies.  The person taking it reads through specific leadership situations and picks the most suitable answer out of four multiple choice answers.  Once complete, the participant gets back a detailed report on how they scored in each of 12 competencies.  Each category is defined as strength, an OK or a need.  The results can also be used to help someone decide which e-learning program to take.  Order you assessment today and change your future.

Each competency area contains an average of 14 questions.  On average it takes about 2.5 hours to complete the assessment, there is no need to take the entire assessment in one sitting.  The tester can stop at any point, then resume at a later date and time as many times as needed to complete the assessment.
